赵律师出生于中国，初中就读于温哥华，高二回到中国并以天津市高考前600名的成绩考入中国政法大学。硕士攻读于加拿大的多伦多大学法学院。中英文流利，可以无阻碍地为华人客户提供诉讼业务。赵律师受到中国和加拿大两地的基础与高等教育，熟悉两国的民俗，文化和法律。他更能精准地满足中国客户在加拿大的需求。

赵律师有超过四年的法律工作经验，主要是在家庭法领域。他曾在中、加多个律师事务所工作，包括Baker Mckenzie LLP (贝克麦坚时国际律师事务所)， McInnis & Nicoll （多伦多卑街家庭法专精律所）, 和Mahdi Leite Family Law Firm LLP。

赵天川律师是安大略省律师公会 (LSO)、加拿大律师协会 (CBA)、安大略省律师协会(OBA)、诉讼律师协会(The Advocates’ Society)、多伦多律师协会(The Toronto Lawyers’ Association) 以及加拿大亚裔律师联会(Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers) 的会员。

Mr. Zhao graduated with a Bachelor of Law at China University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and a Master of Law at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. 

Before opening his own practice, Eric (Tianchuan) Zhao worked at Baker Mckenzie International Law Firm. He then worked at two well-known family law firms in Toronto, Ontario, namely McInnis & Nicoll and Mahdi Leite Family Law Firm LLP. 

Eric Zhao has over four years of legal experience, predominantly in the area of family law. Eric understands the significant, long-term personal and financial consequences that begin at separation. He works hard to expeditiously advance his client’s matters, while carefully considering the unique circumstances that set each client apart and the impact of recent developments in the law.

Eric Zhao is well-known in the Asian community for his family law practice, especially among Chinese, Philippines, Korean and Japanese clients. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers' Association, and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyer.
